I have to share my absolute favorite new spot to visit! If you have never been to the island or an all inclusive; this is the place to go! The people who work at this location are simply the best. Kind, generous and impeccable professionalism and pride in the service they provide. The atmosphere is like a movie set- I pinched myself several times thinking I may be on the set of the next White Lotus... surely this beautiful place wasn't real!

The resort combines a family friendly side and adult only side which makes your options two fold. The restraunts and bars were the finest I have ever experienced - sometimes we would eat dinner twice because it all smells so good you couldn't resist! Even the room service and minibar were included. So if you wanted to just lounge in your private plunge pool you could do that for the balance of your day- it is all included!!

There are water sports and a water park, on-site spa and shopping all available- you don't need to leave but if you can take a charter cruise out to a sunny lagoon and drop anchor for the day! Check out the link below to see our big smiles captured on board their biggest catamaran in the Caribbean! Get out there!

Kave's Perspective

The Hyatt had definitely out done them selves with this all inclusive hotel. The minute you walk in to the resort everyone and everything is there to make you stay a little better. The people that work there are incredibly nice and alway willing to help. Where do i even start!! my wife calls me coffee snob so the first thing i noticed is that they has a coffee shop right in the middle of the huge lobby. of course i had to try it to see if it was up to par and if its even drinkalbe. in my humble opinion 90% of coffee shop coffee is undrinkable. this place coffee was very good! See in my mind if a place like this pays attention to a small but important detail like "good coffee" then their food has to be good as well, and they did not disapoint. After we had checked in as was waiting or them to bring our luggage we were starving. first place we say open was Hyatts El Mercado. Man this place was my kind of place to eat!! El Mercado is a Caribbean market with various stations with gourmet food. i was walking around with my mouth wide open. they had stations with fresh food! bakery with fresh bread, fresh fruits, freshly squeezed orange, papaya, pineapple, and passion fruit juices. A meat station where you pick out your cut of meat and they cook it right in front of you, fresh seafood, and the place that caught my attention was a Lomo saltado place where they make the lomo right in front of you and it was delicious. lets just that for the 6 days that we were there we at at least one meal at El Mercado, each day it did not disapoint!
