Our first stop after check in in viva Las Vegas was FOOD! Conveniently located near registration is this dumpling delight. You can watch them make these handmade goodies through a large viewing window. The seven person team rotate positions to turn out hundreds of these each day. We selected 10-12 dishes to share among the six people in our party.

My favorites which I may or may have not have ordered multiple times during our stay- 😎Fried Wok Noodles with Chicken and the Pork Dumplings. Drinks and food were spot on!! Flavorful- fresh and exceptional service!! A must for anyone in the area of Aria. 😁 Tables in the casino at Aria run a little high. Slots are not as loose but the food is among the best we found as we strolled up and down the strip. Get out there guys!
